A bit About Me...
Apart from actually living through the whole menopause stuff, I have built a little knowledge over the years. I started learning about hormones back in 2022/2023 when I studied with a lovely lady called Dr Wendy Sweet. I completed her Masterclass on Menopause and also completed her Menopause Weight Loss course. I was also lucky enough to meet her in person when she did a seminar in Edinburgh. My interest was peaked again a year ago after I was diagnosed with MS. I got stuck back into my research and it brought me to Dr Dan Purser. After reading a couple of his books I returned to HRT. Resulting in my health improving so much, sometimes I forget I have MS! Hormones are the Bomb!
